Nice one - must be a good tyre place then.

I believe tyre price is not only dictated by size but also popularity, could be that 225's are fitted to more cars and therefore cheaper as a result.

nope mate not catot tyres i know a small place out in the sticks they do tyres for tractors mainly and dont charge silly money for there tyres
