Trouble with these test's is every week, there are a different set of conclusions on tests by others.
A few weeks ago in Fast Ford the rsults for the same coolers were completely different

Not much difference between the ProAlloy and Radtech but if you take into account the build quality of the ProAlloy then it wins hands down

Nowt wrong with the buld quality of the Radtec

Excellent welds, top quality core (as proved by performance ) just not as 'bufty' as the Pro Alloy and Forge

why is the inlet temp for the genuine much higher than for the others?

presumably the same boost level at manifold was being tested? so is it down to a bigger pressure drop through the core meaning the boost at compressor exit was higher (hence temp higher)?

what turbo?
what car?
what boost?

was this tibs 3 door on a t4?

"under accelleration" is a bit of a crap test imo, you need to MAX the cooler out on a top speed run maybe its just the way its worded but theres loads of variables missing

40mph... is that sat on the rev limiter in 1st cog on full boost or pootling in 4th

Anyway, if the test used Stu's Pectel monitor to get the temps of the intake on the outlet side, the test is a load of bollocks (if TIBs car runs a L1, L6 or L8 ECU)....
