Right i purchased a mk3.5 1.1 fiesta for £50 a few months ago with 43k and 1 lady owner as a cheap runaround while i am working on my other 2 cars which 1 is a major project.

I want to convert it into a pick-up for something different and plan to do it in 2 weeks over christmas while i am off work. Lower it a bit about 40mm and fit a set of alloys.

Whats the best way to do this and is there anything i need to take into consideration ie structural?

Plan on cutting it from behind the rear window height and permanently fix the bottom bit of the boot lid.

So really need to know whats best to use for the cab wall and bed floor?
