what to look for when buying a 95 rs2000

Hi all, first time for me in this room but if anyone can help please feel free, a mate is going to look at a 95 escort rs 2000 tonight what do we need to look at when buying any common probs with them

Sills and rear arches are common to rust, also on the tailgate by the spoiler, but if you find a good one they are great cars I really liked mine but sold it a few months ago. I never had any trouble with mine but I know that the idle speed control valve can play up and also if it has done 100k miles or more see if it has had the chain done as it is about due then.
