Default tyres..again

ok i got my wheels which o orderd about a month and a half ago and o my do they look good.. ..got the front tyres as 214/40/17

and im debating on keeping 215/40/17 for the rear or 235/40/17. i know some people say they rub and some say they dont..so im not sure..and there going on a 7 1/2 inch rim..

so what would you do.?

If you want 235, i'd personally go for 235/35, nearer to your std diameter and less likely to rub.

235/35 are a very hard size to get hold of in a decent tyre out here

Just try the 215's first....if you don't like then donut fook out of them

235 or 245 is a lot of tyre for a 7.5" rim really....

can you get Yokohama Paradas out there? they are very very grippy in the dry, which i'm sure you get a lot of dry weather

235s or 225s at least.

215s is too thin if you want any kind of grip.

yes, they do suck in the rain!!

you must be able to get goodyear eagle's

245/35?? shouldn't rub really.....even if they do just have the arch rolled, doesn't cost much at all

should still be able to manipulate it outwards without breaking the paint or anything....i'd be surprised if they rubbed anyhow, the sidewall isn't sharp like some tyres...and looking at your sig pics, it's not that low.
