A sponge or a wash mitt??

Whats best and why??

TBH mate i have used both, but i do use snow foam alot
topped up with Poorboys Super Slick Car Wash Shampoo
so no swirls and light scratches

A wash mitt, and the two bucket method - sponges have no pile so they drag the dirt against the paint, causing swirling.
