mondeo mk3 diesel tddi
what is the story behind the injector/feuling probs exactly
and also this mass clutch flywheel problem?
ive not had time to get in about mine but its well down on power low down especially
and a very bad vibration at 50mph but goes away after(and im pretty sure its not wheel balancing as its only under load, goes away if you lift off the gas,i was thinking driveshaft?

inner cv's do play up.
tddi's don't have injector problems as far as i'm aware, pumps do play up though, it's a bosch vp30 pump which a quick serach on the net will proove it's a pretty tempremental bit of kit.
duel mass flywheel, don't think the tddi has this? but the problem with it is it breaks and rattles. do a search as i think the exact problems have been talked about beforem on here.

i have a problem with my clutch, or at least i think so......went out yesterday to find it wouldnt go into gear when started up? but if i turn the car off it will go inot gear no problems?? clutch feels fine to press, its 51 tddi...any ideas please folks!!!
TDDI isnt common rail and as such doesnt have electronic injectors but always use good quality fuel filters like gen Ford or Delphi as pumps are temperamental.
TDDi in general dont suffer as bad with the DMF/clutch problems as many are only 90hp or 115hp versions so less stress on these compnents.
Lack of power could be many things but dirty/clogged EGR valves are a common problem. Theyre very easy to get to and clean out though and a flat blade screwdriver and 8mm socket is all you'll need for removal..
