Default CAR WARS - copper on phone

did anyone watch it last night, 9:30pm BBC1

there was 2 coppers in a cop car, and they were in pursuit, the passenger copper was on the radio and the driver had a mobilephone type radio actually held to his head, taking up one of his hands

now im sure the law is the law, why can they use phones whilst driving, nevermind whilst in pursuit

think that takes the piss TBH, the driver should be allowed to do nothing else but drive, whilst the passenger copper should do all the talking on the radio.

Last night I had a women on a policehorse telling me off for criminal damage because I wheel spun out of a road. I only spun because of loose gravel and when she was telling me her police horse was taking massive chunks out of someone else's garden hedge.

Think they do a great job, in difficult circumstances. Most of the toss pots they catch get off scot free.

Maybe when they set off in pursuit, they concentrate on keeping criminal scum in sight rather than putting on seat belt on in the first instance.

Go police

Next you'll all be upset for the pleb who had a broken leg after running infront of the cop car.

People all see things differently, you know what i mean, there are different types of people that have different standards.
I would prefer it if cops didn't need to do this sort of work, but since there are so many tossers in the world its a must.

Would just like to see alittle more police brutality, before scum get let off for the x th time.
Nice to see the 15 yr old car robber dragged out of the broken side window

So twat him while he's young, and by the time he reaches his 20's he may be pissed off at being twatted, and actually realised why he has been twatted

In all fairness though, what our Army, Navy and Airforce do in other peoples countries is pretty illegal too.

In the line of duty I think its called.

I saw something similar earlier but minus the "high speed pursuit".
I was at traffic lights and a cop car came from the left in the normal flow of traffic through some greens lights then grabs his belt with both hands and was across the junction accelerating through whilst putting his belt on !!

Have a word with yourself Terry. UK armed forces abide by Rules of Engagement otherwise they are liable for murder charges as per the law.

They may be the police (ffs) but they also have to abide by the laws (unless doing so could injure them, somebody else or prevent them from doing their job)

I would love to see some of you oh so perfect people try your hand at being a full time copper, it would destroy you.

Yeah right! what's good for the goose is good for the gander
