Are these the bolts and a gasket or U-clamp and exhaust paste jobs?

What part of the exhaust are you on about im pretty sure the back box is just a U clap. And what engine is in your car?

 

It's a 1.6 16v engine in an escort. I need to know the connections between the cat and the centre section (if there is one) and the centre section and back box. Had the car two weeks and its blowing. Not had chance to get a Haynes yet.

 

i think itd 3 bold on to the cat with a gasket and a u clamp on the back box but dont trust me on that its been a long time for me changing an exhaust
