had a bit of an accident nothing major tho thye couldn't get any parts for it ,

so insurance paid for the repairs they ask ford could it be repaired and ford said yes it could

it's nearly finished now should have it back the week end if everything goes well

Yeah thats fair enough mate, best way to get money back.

I would still be interested if it was just shell and engine, i can sort standard bits out to get it going again. Just need something for when the saph comes off the road i can use on track and for getting work.

all i am taking off the rs2000 as far as i know (untill friday)

is the front and rear suspension /AP brakes discs / rose jointed front arms /seats /harness

leaving the rest of the stuff on the car i also have a complete 2.3 engine in bits was going to fit it


if you wanted to you could put this back to a road car all you need is the interior as it still has the sunroof/roof lineing /speakers in the doors radio/consel dash tyre well

engine and box are mint no noises or smoke it has never let me down

Just to let you know i have bought a Grp N Escort cosworth 909 shell , it's been seamwelded it has proper weld in cage aswell

it came with front rear bumper /top fin /bottom spoiler all body kit/doors/bonnet/fins /perspec windows /dash /coilover front suspension/cradle/ hubs/rack /sliding seat rails /bit of engine loom /fire exstinguster / 2x 15"rl7's


this it what it needs

complete rear axel /steering colome/pedal box/abs pump/engine gearbox/engine loom /bit of car loom /respray inside out /brake lines handbrake loads of other little bits and pices


I have got to say a massive thanks to John @ JC motorsport wouldn't have got it only for him

he never even put a single penny on the motor he is a decent bloke and a man to his word :bow::bow::bow: totaly respect for him

btw ill take a few pics tomorrow never really had time today sorrry

well tobe honest it's going to be rwd

330bhp on l6 ecu on greens wire ring block/ yb1106 gasket/
with t34.48 on 4wd exhaust housing going back to old skool ,this power should reliable on the transmission ect

going to get martin to build the engine this time

my 3dr took 5yrs of constant absue and never broke anything with this set up best set up for nearly every track


Mullit 9" -3.9/ 3.62 uprated Vc to 600Nm or 7.5" -3.9 rear diff uprated Vc to 240Nm /uprated planet gears or plated 9" /7.5"

MT 75 2wd Mullit striaght cut big tooth gearbox either syncro/dog/ or sequential(Later day if it happens )

normal T5 for now

Ap racing 4 pot caliper with 330mm discs

front tarmac Grp a racing bilsteins

rear tarmac Grp a magnesuim racing bilsteins

bladed rear anti roll bar

2wd beam with soild beam mounts


Raceline Rl7 's in 17" and 18"

slicks/wets ect
