i have seen supercharger kits for these cars uping power to 250bhp,can the standard engine and box handle this power?
performance 3000 in yeovil sell these for about £3000 and say no other mods need to be done.......

 

shouldn't be a problem, the box is good, the engine has steel rods as standard. crank is good for it, pistons arent great, but should be okay!
