...awesome spec car,not many in this condition IMHO..bills for 40k plus..a magazine featured car.The first owner had the car 10 years...went to GGR in 1998 and had a massive make over in parts!
Just to say it has:-
Rebuilt engine approx 25k ago with a Grp A GGR head,WRC head gasket,GGR cams,verniers,7.5-1 comp ratio etc etc..RS500 inlet and throttle body running 8 x std injectors!...Pectal super 8 ECU..10 position boost control...std 4x4 intercooler modded to take the 70mm hoses...GGR low lag turbo..probably a t34 .48..GGR breather/header/swirl pot...live mapped at brunters
AP 4 pots/330mm up front with AP bias valve and abs on/off switch...wheels (which were the only avalible to clear the brakes at the time!!!) are 17 x 8 imolas..and look awesome...and of course very good condition with toyo 215's...rear brakes are std 4x4 with grooved/drilled discs to match the front...GGR exhaust which sounds amazing.
Running gear is std front rear diffs and a beleived shot peened gearbox which has done 10k miles...quickshift kit aswell which to me makes it feel like a T5 box!
Has aircon but needs charging..i was going to take off..thats the only fault..LOL.
Suspension is the ultimate for the road...koni's with Ahmed Bayjoo springs.
Has water injection aswell with tank in boot.
All under bonnet bling!
It drives MINT...perfect infact...not mentally fast but very safe with a recorded 325bhp in 3rd gear at 1.4bar...in 4th to 5th gear it runs 1.6bar held so is closer to 350bhp imo.......
BUT imho it needs the air con taken off and a RS500 intercooler installed with a T4 and remap..to get a genuine 450+ BHP..thats all it needs!
Has long MOT and long Tax
£7250 for a unique opportunity to own a really nice Saff would break for more but its too good for that....oh and it has very good leather interior.

I was looking at buying this myself! Phoned the bloke about 10 days ago as it was still on pistonheads and he said he had just sold it! So how comes your selling up so quick?

This is my old car, it really is a cracker with no rot or rust & bullet proof engine, i only sold it to have a break from Cossie's for a while, it was 100% relaible & never gave any trouble, its only ever been to Collins & GGR from new upto 2007 even for tyres & MOT !!!!!!

Your mad to drop the price TBH i thought i sold it to you way too cheap, if i had the room i'd probably buy it back but just bought an M3 Evo, all it needs is for one person to see the car who's genuine.
