I would imagine the physical fitting wont be a promlem,
I would think cvh mounts would work as the early zetec is just a replacement for the cvh, i know it sounds daft but have a look at xr2i mounts as they use cvh and 1.8 zetec engines, See
if they are the same then if they are you know escort cvh mounts will fit, Are you wanting to run on fuel injection ot carbs, Would be easier with carbs if you dont fancy fiddleing with a wiring loom

There is someone on here running a 2ltr zetec with r1 carbs, they may be able to help you with the management side of things as i have no experience of bike carbs on car engines,

 

been reading up on it all last day or two and have made the decision to go with twin webber 40's......... anyone help with whats needed for them with the zetec
