Paul, to an Evo owner the £35 membership fee is well worth it, the only advantage a non Evo owner can benefit from it, is the discounted trackdays that MLR hold throughout the year [about 6 or 7] and slightly cheaper tickets to events like TOTB & Rally Day etc., also discounted insurance from the MLR official insurer. For your 1st trackday, you get it at £99 instead of the usual £149 and it can be in any type of car, so that covers the £35 membership fee and a bit more

MLR membership pack: revised colour handbook, new MLR logo decal, membership card, trackday voucher and details of MLR member-only insurance schemes for car and home
4 copies of the MLR's Evo and Lancer Turbo magazine, Wastegate Chatter, every year
Unlimited Forum posts
Full access to the online shop
Full access to the video and magazine features directories
Full access to the online 'Car Registry'
Full access to 'MLR Modified'
Full access to wallpapers and screen savers
Quarterly colour A4 magazine
Discounted trackdays at major national UK circuits
MLR Sprints
Access to parking on the MLR stands at the biggest national car shows
Exclusive deals arranged with Mitsubishi UK
Generous discounts via the MLR Group Buys
Special MLR member prices on both Ralliart and MLR merchandise
Competitions and prizes
Massive calendar of national and regional events throughout the year
The unmissable MLR Christmas Party

a very very good price if your an evo owner

just a bit OTT if your not and would just like to chat and maybee find out a little more about evo"s

Maybee they should have a system where you can pay your £35 and get those great deals or pay a small fee to use the site but retracts you from any discount offers

Paul, by using search and the free 20 posts you have a month, should suffice about 'finding out a little more about Evos'..... yes? MLR has an excellent Search facilty

Paul dont forget that the MLR is a club the 20 post thing should be enough to let people have a look around and ask a few inteligent and well thought out questions,

The benifits are there, also there are 2 people that work for the MLR full time l believe so they dont have many problems also the 20 posts thing keep all the bloody kids of the site and time wasters

Now go and buy yourself a bloody evo
