Well, after much deliberation i've decided to sell my Focus RS which I have only owned since march but home improvements, an expanding family and a needy wife have brought me to this decision. The details of the car are:

* 52 plate FRS number 0383.
* 35k miles
* FSH
* Brembo brakes with new front pads
* Sparco seats
* 2 new front tyres

The mods that have been added to improve the cars performance etc are:

* Samco boost hoses in blue
* AS auto's stainless under bonnet bling
* Collins performance power chip and bleed valve.
* Full mongoose exhaust with slash cut tailpipe
* Mongoose Decat pipe (still have std cat also)
* Miltek white ceramic coated tubular manifold (still have std manifold too)

The car is in very good clean condition but isn't mint because I bought it to use every day and to take to shows etc. I've just had the front bumper painted recently for stone chips etc but I was gonna get the bonnet done too but havn't got round to it. This I can get done within a day for the prospective buyer of the car.

Only thing the car needs to make it mint is

1) Roof needs a buffing as there is some bird shit marks in the lacquer
2) Bonnet has a few stone chips
3) Steering wheel has done the normal Focus RS thing and the blue is looking tatty.

I could get the bonnet and the roof done for any prospective buyer if need be which would only leave the steering wheel to sort.

This is a nice example of a very usable quick ford RS and I've loved every minute of owning it but I also have an Escort Cosworth which I havn't drove for 2 years and realistically I can't drive 2 at the same time and I need a new roof and kitchen on my house.

Had one guy from inverness very keen but he could only give me a bankers draft and not cash this weekend but he can come in 2 weeks with cash? I'm a very untrusting person

Good luck with the sale chum, just stick at it and dont be dropping your price. The car is an absolute bargain and knowing how well you look after your cars this one is bound to be one of the best at the same price range.

sorry but i'd rather keep it and enjoy her than sell for £11500. If everyone caved in on the price of their FRS then where would the future value be in them?? I think £12k is cheap enough with the mods it has.
