do these help, what benefits would i get from these pulleys against the standard pulleys
on cossie 4wd with bd16s
but basically just want to know if there worth spending this much money for little gains if any?

also wondered this but for a S2 turbo.got one there just not sure what gains if any it will make

i say they are a must (or offset keys)
give you the ability to have your cam timing stop on and not too the nearest tooth!

a must

it does depend on how far out your cam timing is on standard pulleys if you'll notice a difference! If the head has ever been skimmed or other things!

if the cams have been changed for aftermarket jobbies then its silly not too run accurate cam timing! can make a massive different to lag and torque curve

look at it this way , if you dont get the valve timing spot on the you aint get the max powr out of your car - simple as !!

make sure you get the ones with the markings on, as some come without and they are a pain in the butt!!!!!!
