bad stitch when on the punchbag!

Default bad stitch when on the punchbag!

how do i cure this, after about 10 mins i start to get stitch! i always leave about 2 hours after i eat before i start training. but im fine on the running machine!

Depends where the stitcth is.
Do some work to strengthen the THORACOLUMBAR FASCIA first, as this is often neglected by most, and will lead to bad posture and promote stitches.
