Default Best Way To Turbo a 2.0 Ford Duratec?

Right im getting hold of a Duratec engine to turbo. Im not after major bhp 260bhp will do as its going in a FWD car. I can always do something else to it later.

Now i think ive found a suitable engine witk 70k on the clock. Im guessing its best to do a full engine rebuild before i turbo it?

Would i need to change pistons and cranks for this amount of bhp? cosworth recommended pistons and new crank arms and cams (off them ofcourse ) but is this needed for around this bhp? Could i get away with just a decompression plate and cams like you would do with a zetec turbo?

Im going to be using this inlet manifold
http://www.cosworth.com/shop_item.php?productid=72

ill use a escort cosworth turbo (the one of the small turbo version)

im trying to get a inter cooler system of a focus rs/st

can you guys reccomend anything else to me? whats the best way to do it?

had a thought.

Are focus rs engines the same stroke and bore as a 2.0 duratec?

Or are they totaly different due to the Mazda + Ford partnership?

If they are the same is it possible to use focus rs pistons and rods what are suited to handle turbo power in my duratec? This way id save a bunch of cash and still using quality parts?

sorry if it sounds crazy but im into motorbikes
