im looking to see what the cossie 2.0 people do with the tiny little elbow and TB area of the plenum cover....

i made a fuel rail tonight also for the cossie intake.

this is going in a USA spec xr4ti with a 2.3T bottom end a volvo b234f 16 valve head, holset hx35w turbo, viper t56 tranny, and a 8.8 IRS out back lol. more pics: http://www.villagephotos.com/pubbrow...der_id=1787982

nobody here has an aftermarket or modded TB on thier intake?

 

I cannot help with your question but it looks like an interesting project you got going

 

most ppl just make a swedish style inlet plenum (long cylinder style with tb at one end)
as its only really the elbow that causes the restriction mate
