Has any one got any info on crank journal sizes for the Small Turbo YBP Engine ?

I have 2.04620" or 51.974mm for the big ends and 2.24250" or 56.959 for the main bearings, Would like to know top and bottum limits please

Main bearing journal diameter:

STD: 56.975 to 56.969

Undersize
0.25: 56.725 to 56.709
0.50: 56.475 to 56.459
0.75 56225 to 56.209

Big end bearing journal:

STD: 51.993 to 51.977

Undersize
0.25: 51.743 to 51.727
0.50: 51.493 to 51.477
0.75: 51.243 to 51.227

End float 0.1 to 0.254

All figures in MM from Workshop manual, for 4x4 engine (LT EsCos section says to refer to 4x4 figures).

 

Wonderfull Does it give clearance as the mains are 0.01mm under botum and i will plasigage it the check what clearance i have.

Sorry mate, should have put that down too.

Clearance between main bearing journals and bearing shells is listed as:

0.025 to 0.079mm
