Think you can do this on Vista, using "recorder" in accessories list. Not at home so can't tell you 100%

i think you can play the individual track from the radio 1 website from the 30th birthday mini-site?

don't know how you can take them from radio1's media player though, i'd imagine there will be a cd out eventually as theres some excellent tracks being covered recently!
