compression

can you use a decompression plate and machine 0.5mm off the pistons on a zetec. i have looked on various sites and they don't say if you can do both.

Can do both, no reason you cant do both, as long as you dont go too low comp.

But i wouldn't advice to anyone to use a comp plate, as they fail.
