Heres my 5door, had it 2 years now







Last one was taken over a year ago with a shitty camera phone.

 

will get some of mine up tonight

anyone have same idling problems as me?!?

 

will get some of myne up! myne developed an idle problem last month!, upon first start up it would hunt from 500rpm upto about 1500rpm and some times stall once the revs stuck at 2000rpm also! took the idle control valve out and cleaned it with petrol and its all fine now

Dan yeah mine had the idle problem about a month after i bought it but as it was bought from a garage they had to fix it for free they changed the throttle position sensor on mine and its been fine for the last 2 years

 

that was good then! when i first got under the car it looked like it was going to be a nightmare of a job! but turned out to be easy, took about half an hour on a set of car ramps!

i had the problum with my car but i now it was the idel control valve it is a comen problum on ford escorts and if it is runing like crap the air flow mas meater is at fault as well.
