Always seeing posts like this and now it's my turn!

Started a post in General last night titled some thing like "Selling my shell on ebay, any advice please..." or similar.

Needed advice on the V5 process and any scams to watch out for. Had a couple of replies, and an email to notify me of a new reply, but clicking the link says "Post doesn't exist"

Any idea where it is as I want to know what advice the genuinely helpful PF'ers have offered?

If the post was in some way offensive to the Hierarchy a quick PM or email would have seen me edit it as required to get my info with out upsetting the Hierarchy.

Would also like to see what people had written... did not expect the thing to just vanish into the ether with out some basic courtesy from whoever's on their period today

I was under the assumption(sp) that if you were a `Goldmember`, then the post was allowed to stay I might be wrong...

 

It depends if any of the mods mrs are on bleed week at the time, if they are, the rules go out the window and they just try and make sure everyone else suffers as much as they do,

 

i think mods take the fucking biscuit on this site sometimes, grumpy tight cunts

 

Don't worry aboit it SiB... it might reappear like ones have in Misplaced Dummy that got deleted

That's true - but I wasn't selling anything in the post- I was after advice about how to sell my shell / what to look out for etc.

And as mentioned, if it offended anyone a PM or email advising me would have been polite, and I would have amended anything that needed it. Not too much to ask I'm sure
