Every Saturday night @ Digbeth, nr Birmingham Wheels....

I go about twice a month, but I was wondering who from here goes?
It gets a bit mental there some weeks, with drag racing up the industrial estate, poilce helicoptors, and such things going on....

It's worth the trip to see it once if you've never had the pleasure. Birminghams inner ring-road makes for some amazing drifting, and great 2 lane racing!

(it's not big or clever, it makes your head feel funny, and your m8's adore you!)

I'm not going tonight, but next week I'll deffo be going....

 

Have been going for near on 10 years now, from when it was at Digbeth and "The cage" to where it is now

Had some PROPER good nights there, and early mornings

 

I do go , but not been for a while as it gets fookin stupid now, twats in stolen cars just ragging everywhere, wankers crashing into people and driving off, but when its a good night its prob the best in the country

 

been going there on and off for years

had some top nights there
and a few good races past the petrol station,and seen a few crashes at the s bends by the coach station

but its getting out of hand now with the stolen cars ,and gangs of lads
trying to jack people

aint been there for a couple o months i heard it had been stopped with
the old bill turnin up with car transporters and takin cars away and crushing them

 

I wont EVER go in my car, not a chance

I remember seeing a Montego go into the bank on the "Esses" years ago

 

yea saw a stolen metro go headon into a new scoobie at the "esses"
the driver got out and legged it the passenger was dragged out the metro
and battered senceless

 

the secret? go late, go in a sleeper

 

I been going there for yrs....but say in the last 2 yrs i have been they about 12 times ....i just watch them rip up and down the rd .......some good cars there but there is some sheds aswell

my car is well known in brum and i do know a hell of alot of guys there

i was there about 2 months ago the police have got 2 evo 7's,1 evo 6 and one sti subru these are the under cover cars they come behind you and eg you on for the race the passanger has a cam corder to capture evidence .....

but they can't catch proper criminals can they

the guy who used to own/built rs storm(asian lad from cape hill sides) at the time of the esses sold it years ago and it sat in garage ever since. about 2 years ago someone bought it but i think the engine blew up or something and my mate took it in part exchange. it still has the big rs storm graphics down the side

considering the amout of years ago this car was orgnally around and even though it was a bodged together car/engine it was still a good spec for it's time eg. it used to run a T35 turbo etc!!
