Default Cossie ECU id, who chipped it

Hi, got this with my new saph track car, would like to find out who did chip/mapping.! Any ideas anyone?? Can I run ALS or Water INJ ?
Thanks
It has PK 352 on the chip, and PK on the ribbon wire.
Is this a L6 Ecu ? It has a white screw on the front.
Code on it is WD48.08/L3E.31
