is a escoz bottom pulley different to a 2wd pulley?
also is a 2wd distributer different to a escoz dizzy one?

Escos pulley has the flat serpentine alternator belt style, rather than the twin-Vgroove style of the 2wd.
Technically the 2wd and 4wd distributors are different (the cap is obviously different too), although AFAIK the two can be interchanged??

The 4x4 dizzy is slightly taller and the cap is different as the plugs go in from the top instead of the rear! The 4x4 dizzy will however fit a 2wd and vice versa i believe

right , i have an escoz engine with a twin v style pulley in a 2wd saf, with a 2wd distibuter, should this work ok or could it cause probs with timing issues?

Don't forget that the timing is set via the cambelt so it is not affected by the pulleys you are talking about mate!

Strut Brace, I would imagine if your running 2wd pulleys you would be running 2wd sensors, etc so shouldn't be a problem... But I maybe completly wrong
