As thread title, and it has a .82 exhaust housing and standard shroud (not ported). for use with an external wastegate.

in tip top condition and covered no more than 1000miles.

need to get an idea what it would fetch if for sale so i can work out if its worth me going ahead with selling it.

opinions and guides on what you would pay, and what it should fetch would be appreciated.

Spoke to a guy @ Universal Turbos' Kelv and new one is £795 plus the dreaded so about £935 buddy

As the opening line of the thread states - not for sale at this stage. needed to gauge price on the selling market to see if it would be worthwhile etc.

and the wastegate, swan-neck and screamer pipe had already been sold to Doug, aka Miller3

 

you can get them on ebay for £800 here

 

if its an xspower one like the wastegate then its not worth as much as everyones saying.

the turbo came via respectable tuner, the wastegate was sourced via friend and at the time was a cheap option - so no the turbo was not an XSPower turbo.


its not for sale anyhow, thread was to obtain a price of them on the second hand market, and to be honest - what i can get the new turbo for and after selling this on its hardly worth me letting it go.

we pay 3or 4% coming from England to Canada depending on what it is classified as, car parts or whatever. If it is used then 0%. Soon make it used! lol

I think so but I have never done it that way round because I am in Canada. Should be being part of the commonwealth and all that

 

I,ve just found genuine Garrett T3 turbos NEW at $725 so divide by 2 for english pounds

 

when you buy it say can you send it as a gift they are not allowed to tax or slap your ass if it is a gift

 

I once got a turbo for my girlfriend car from sri-lanka was marked as a gift (And a air mover ) and still had to pay about £25 import duties
