Default Getting a fan to run with ignition off

Is there a way to wire up the fan switch to carry on running with the ignition off until the water temps drop back to normal(at which point the fan turns off anyway)?

yes put a perement live to the fan switch with a fuse

(BUT the fan will take 4 ever to cut out because the water is not going round the engine so all you will be doing is cooling the water in the rad)

Pointless, as all it's doing is cooling the water in the rad, while the water in the turbo is still boiling away!
