put a escort xr3i zetec engine into my mk3, i am using the zetec alternator, but dont know what bracket and belt and route of belt to use?
anyone got any ideas?

 

i used my standard rsturbo alternator and bracket on my zetec . but took the pulley off a broken zetec alternator i had u have to spend a bit of time rearanging the spacers off the 2 alternators to make the pulley line up corectly but works for me

 

The mk4 Escort alternator bracket puts the the alternator quite badly in font of the water pump outlet so I made a new bracket for my Zetec.
