Been plannin to build one of these for a while but been waitin for the right shell, then this came up with all hard work done but needin a few things done to make it 100% so here's the Turbonus!!
Its a 1989 Escort 1.3 Bonus but a late, rotten RS Turbo has been re-shelled into it. Exterior has been kept fairly stock to surprise a few things 8)

Travelled 380 miles to get her, mainly cos to look at, the car is identical to my first ever car (rip G191 OSH) and its got a good spec so far:
full stainless (Scorpion i think) pipercross filter, dump valve, silicone hoses, Spax adjustables all round, RST box with LSD, RST brakes, boost gauge, mint 88 spec Recaros and a solid shell.
Couple of pics when i got her via Pistonheads

So far i've just cleaned her up, removed spoiler and interior, put new plates on her and sorted a couple of wee niggly things.....plans involve a set up and tune once i've replaced the cam (bit noisy) and a bit of paintwork to tidy it up....hope you like 8)

was looking at that on pistonheads, my mate quite liked it but hadnt got the money straight away.
looks nice though, and much better without a spoiler if your keeping it as a sleeper.
