Default 5 speed GHIA gear linkage-will it fit?

Hi guys, theres a 5 speed Ghia in my local breakers that has got really low miles on it. The gearlever feels lovely with no play in it, im guessing seeing as it is a 5 speed with to-the-right-and-back reverse it will fit my S2?

Cheers fellas

You can rebuild the linkages to be as good as new. All of the parts are still available and only cost a few quid IIRC.

Or just get yourself a B&M kit in there. Best bit of kit I've got for my S2

In a linkage overhaul, the parts will easily cost more than a new complete Puma shifter.

Had one on my last one mate and loved it to bits, however, not too flush at the mo, so things Like B&M's arent really important at the mo

Mercury Grey Shitter-its quite tempting actually

To start off with, did you find that the b&m was hard as nails to move from gear to gear?

Also will the MK4 Linkage go on a mk3?
