Default coilovers on a sierra v6

what weight springs would be recomended on a sierra p100 with a 2.8 v6 in, that will be mainly driven on the road

iv got a set of AVO coilovers on it, but the springs are to short and the front bumper is almost on the ground with 7" 200Lb springs

Any recomendations

its lower than pic

7" 200lbs, no wonder you have problems.
Std(avo) for the cossie is 300lb 9".
At a pure guess I would try 350lb 11", but better to phone AVO on 01604 708101, ask for NIGEL, very helpful/knowledgeable chap he is.
