Well as some of you know the fiesta will not be ready in time for Croft
so I bought this in cheap to track instead, then tidy up and sell
Here IT is

Uprated the brakes to RST calipers, grooved disks and Redstuff pads and replaced brake fluid, stops really well now

Ripped the engine out today as it was a weezy 1600 CVH MFI unit, sourced a nice 67k miles mondy lump, with all ancillaries and MTX box for £70

The MTX box is now going into the fiesta to better cope with the new change in engine spec
Have all parts just about to get her running, plenty of late nights though as I'm back on shift tomorrow
Bri.

Here's one of Mr slim himself

Not a bad day concidering had to change oil pick up pipe and sump, drill out flywheel bolt holes, change water pump to 1800 one etc. Fitted new cambelt also
Cheers to Fatty for the graft and mad dog youngy for lending us the work horse (scariest van have ever been in

Well two days on track have taken its toll on her
Due to oil serge problems and constantly getting pulled into the pits by the marshals for a smokey exhaust
I had to run slightly less oil in her
The end result 2nd last session on the sunday......... tap tap tap...... bang bang bang went the big ends
Think It supprised a few people on track though
