my bottom end is ready 2 go bang on my rst 1.6cvh really clonky noise not long left i jus no it, am lookin 2 get replacement ready asap, wat are my options an wats compatiable for my 1.6 mfi cvh turbo engine, can i use a xr3i one? or zetec?, if so wat else do i need, an is it a hard job 2 change ova if u got tools to do it yaself? any 1 help me cheers!!

You cant just "swap" over either of the engines you have said about without doing modifications to both if you want it back on the road a.s.a.p then your best bet is to just get another rs lump.
