gettin my grs intercooler tonight, heard a few things from people who have had to mod there bumper or bonnet catch as it makes contact with it, also move the fan as its in the way.

is this true?

 

I think you need to buy two slimline fans mate instead of the origonal one on the car.

 

Depends which version intercooler you got, the later version doesnt create any probs opening the bonnet so if you have a new one then you'll be fine. You will need slimline fans too even if you want the fans on the intercooler side.

 

I got fans when i bought one for my old s2.
