has any one replaced the brake linkage on a rs1600i with one of a series

im thinking of doing it as think it will be more beneficial having not a smuch pivot points etc for the brakes to work

any one done it, does it fit?

I believe it does fit and have seen it done before somewhere, i think you'll need to fill in the hole on the bulkhead where the servo mounts as on the the later models the servos on a bracket away from the bulkhead iirc.

Not sure how beneficial it'll be as they work in the a similar way, i replaced the pivot bushes on mine which does improve things alot
