Default from a 2 bar mapsensor to a 3 bar mapsensor

I have replaced my OFAB 2 bar mapsensor with a OFAB 3 barmapsensor, but my engine is running shit.
Can you just replace the 2 bar sensor with the 3 bar sensor or do you have to change some wires? Otherwise the 3 bar mapsensor is defect I guess?!

To use any map sensor other then the standard one you will need a chip mapped for the uprated map sensor

you mean to drive it, but I was talking about the car running shit on idle

it looked like the car was running idle on 3 cylinders when the 3 bar mapsensor was connected. this was not the case when the 2 bar map sensor was connected.

I didnt think you could run a 3 bar map sensor on the fiesta management, on OFAB im sure the max is 2.5 bar!

If you wanted to run a 3bar you would need to change to cossie management

Hopefully someone else will corect me if im wrong but thats the reason i changed the management on mine!
