sounds like you have 2wd front cossie disc.measure the caliper pot (the bit that pushes the pad)if it 60mm ish then you have 4wd cossie calipers

284 is 2wd cossie discs. The 4wd discs are 278mm or there about. The S2 calipers also have the 60mm pistons.

Which Willwoods did you have mate?

Did they bolt straight on or did they need brackets?

Thats what i'm thinking of putting on my track car (Cosworth discs with Willwoods instead of 4wd calipers). That way i can still get 15's on if i need to

you can still get 15" wheels to fit mate i had the 2wd cossie discs on my s2 with my old wilwood 4 pots & the std 15's went on no sweat.

rally design do them as a kit, 283mm discs, wilwood 4 pot calipers and mounting brackets for around £450, then u need to add pads at £50 and braided hoses at £30 if u dont already have them, u can just buy the calipers and mounting brackets but it only works out fractionally cheaper than buying the kit, dont go for the dynalite calipers (i had these) they flex a bit and have no anti rattle springs/clips and no dust seals, best ones to go for are the midilite calipers as these come with dust seals and anti rattle clips and flex less

they will fit a s2 on std rims fine, if its a s1 then if the anti roll bar is not perfectly aligned then they could catch it (this is what rally design told me)
