Default Anyone with orange internet ? PPP Server Down

Hey,

Just wondered if anyone is having problems with their Ornage internet service. We have been down for about a week now and still no proper fix from orange.

We've reset the box about 10 times, checked all settings.

The Livebox states it is connected to the internet but the PPP server is down.

Anyone?

Thanks

We had some major issues with them early in the year, so much so we had patchy connections for about a month

Ring them up and ask them to do a line trace, they did 3 on ours before finding some "wiring problems" at their LLU server

They were meant to call us at 8:45 last night but go call back. Called and they are going to check the line again today..

Starting to regret using Orange for this service.

Cheers Graceland

I had issues with the livebox all the time when i was using it last year, somtimes it would work for a whole day then it would just give me flashing lights etc, did my nut in and people on the phone telling me they would do a line test and it would take 24 hours i dont want to wait another day i want the net NOW so i got totally pissed off in the end and went back to using my ADSL modem and its been spot on ever since, i could leave it on for days at a time and it doesnt disconnect once

Do you really need a livebox? just get them to send you an ADSL modem through the post, 9 times out of 10 it will work
