Whats the difference between Mineral and synthetic oils?
I used to have duckhams 10-40w in my car for running in oil, than as soon as i changed to 15-50w silkolene Pro-R, its been so much louder then before.
I was thinking about ditching the Pro-R, and trying another oil, maybe to mineral again.
What are peoples opinions?
Should i try a different brand of Fully synthetic, or what?
Engine has brand new lifters, rings etc.
Do they lubricate differently at all?
