im gonnae look at a 5 door mrk 6 escort si on a 98 r plate in a hour or so ........

question is ...... i know that there were certain ones that were the 105ps on the 5 door and 115 on the 3 door before ford stopped the 105 version ....


when did they stop the 105 ps version and will the one im going to look at potentially be a 105 or the slightly better 115ps

You need to check the engine numbers. There is no set rule of what version Ford put in each car as often 130 PS engines were put in cars you would not expect them in.
