Default Painting Glass with aerosol

Thought id ask on here seeing as men will know more about it than women....

IF i want to paint glass, can i use normal car aerosol? or will it flake off? dont want to use primer as need it to only be red that you can see, from inside and outside of the glass

im looking for a sorta sparkly glittery red paint that i can use to paint onto tea light glass holders - dont ask its for the Wedding dont quite know of any car paints that are that colour apart from candy apple red off the top of my head, but the look im wanting is very specific.

debating on glitter but tbh i think itll make a mess everywhere, and not sure what glue i can use to help it stick

someone help a damsel in distress PLEEEEEEASE

the only way you can use aerosols is to prime it first with a special primer.

you need proper glass paints if you dont want to prime it.
