Im involved with the team at Toyota who did it and I have all the original stills imagery, in 10 megapixel format, here are some cut down ones that are web safe though:












Not going to leave them hosted on my photobucket for too long though in case everyone starts linking them to other forums and canes the bandwidth.

 

I work at Toyota / Lexus head Office and we had it back there downstairs as it came back from the north pole for a few weeks not even cleaned lol! Is Awesome pictures don't show just how fooking huge it is - It makes the other hilux's look Tiny lol Got a few close up pics i took will have to upload em

 

It was in the foyer for ages, its still not as cool as the formula 1 cars in reception though

 

That was a pretty fucking good advert for one of those. As such I bet Toyota couldn't wait to be involved?

I missed the beginning of this, did they choose the HiLux because of all the abuse the old one stood up to?

 

Bit more to it than them already liking the hilux but it was a factor.

Yeah I pop over there quite often for meetings with the suits when we are doing new projects for you guys etc, the convertable hanging upside from the roof was cool.

I'm dissapointed to see you have misplaced your ducks now though

The route they took to the docks in bristol to take the truck to iceland involved going through St Pauls so they didnt want to take any chances.
