Default Problem with user/gold member

I paid a gold member from this site for 2 front seat subframes 2 MONTHS ago, a few days later he contacted me telling me one of the subframes were knackered, at this point i told him to just send them anyway as i could probably get it fixed.
The user then PM'd me back saying he would give me a refund. I paid through paypal and he told me he would put the money back into my account.

Two months on and several PM's later i still have not been reimbursed, now its only £20 but its the principle that counts.

Can i contact paypal and get them to refund me or do i have to just keep PM'ing him untill i at least get a reply?

Oh and if anyone has a pair of front seat subframes for a MK£ or MK4 escort for sale give me a PM

Cheers

Just claw the payment back through Paypal. I have had it done to me unfairly countless times, so I am sure you can do it since you have a reason.

Well paypal were as much use as a chocolate teapot.

Filled in the forms on the resouloution centre and got this message....

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thank you for registering your complaint about this transaction. Unfortunately, this type of transaction is not eligible for PayPal dispute resolution. We encourage you to continue to work directly with your seller, as we have found that many misunderstandings reach amicable solutions through communication
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

so if not receiving the goods is not a fair reason for complaint then what the fook is??

oh and the user is AZZ123

and it not as if he's just registered either, has been a user for a while
