Why would you remove the ID of a perfectly straight RS500 shell ?

Sounds like balls to me, it's probably not even a cossie shell

wasnt this an a reg complete car last week or so?

prob as much an rs500 shell as mine is i have for sale-mine is better as its got a number in it.

 

Never even crossed my mind it was just a normal Sierra shell wot a dumb ass

 

Now please tell me a legitimate reason why this would be done?

A 500 shell is the same as any other 3 door shell anyway , the only thing that makes it a 500 shell is its chassie number , so without ID how can it be a 500 shell ,,,,,,,,,fookin tossers

i think i saw it last week as an A reg compete car..........and he couldn't sell it then how the hell is it going to be sold with no id

 

may be he is planing on using the id on a new 3 door shell that he has could all add up in the end

Without the ID, its just a sierra shell, its the ID that makes it a RS500 one.

so even if it WAS an rs500 shell, its not anymore, simple as that.

is that original plate from date of first registration?

 

i thought some cars were registered with private plates from new (by owners choice) were all 500's registered before sale?

if thats the case then no chance of a private plate from new

 

nobody has noticed that it is a 500 with a T3 turbo. So It cant be a 500. Fake. If I had money I would bet on it

 

it doesnt mention 500 engine anywhere! the debate is over the shell, nothing to do with what engine as its a conversion

if you need to know it was a rs500 that was smashed then reshelled , this was the wright off 500 shell, now repaired and sporting the rear boot floor and main floor from a 1.6l ,the work was done many years ago in weston-supper-mare.
so dont worry the orignal id went back on the real car! but we can say that it was a 500 shell . well most of it any way !

 

Without the ID , it cant be a 500 shell as the id is what mekes a 500 shell a 500 shell

So why advertise it as one when it isnt
