quick question peeps
i currently have an evo6 that i was goin to get re mapped at power engineering but i have just been offered a remapped ecu out of another 6 for 300 pound
now i know nothing about ecus so do i just plug it in and set up the boost controller or shall i let the pros set the car up???????

Is the engine spec of his IDENTICAL to yours?
If not I wouldnt even consider it, and TBH even if it is, I still wouldnt do it personally as no doubt there will be differences you arent aware of such as leakdown test results etc.
You cant beat having a map made for YOUR car.
I assume this is an "ecutek" is it?
