Never driven a 47 nope

Nearly (and I state nearly due to either the BIS being out or flat batteries) had a crack in a 56 aswell and then went to have a shufty in a 58 but that was dead due to a charge fault

When they are back at Butterly - they are at Barrow Hill at the moment our loco's (20227 and 20001) - 227 is having a full brake system overhaul and we are re-painting 001 into all over green

13.7bhp per tonne.

Despite it's 1000bhp, it's no Veyron beater.

Moped
power 2 bhp
Weight 100k + mongo (150kg) = 250kg

Only 8bhp per tonne on the moped, so the train is actually better
