500 ic
3 bar map sensor
dark greens
t34.63
p&p head
balanced bottom end
etc etc

So what would be the next stage

Yep Greys, 'cos I think T34.63 is a bit "big" for Greens. That's what I feel about my setup, which is the same as yours, and I plan to go Greys as soon as I can. Well, as soon as my Cossie is on the road again, not sat at home broken

Some BD10's could be good to complement the head work you have had done, copled together with some beefier injectors and some more boost and she should go very well indeed
If 2wd should be a right handful

no you dont need valve cut outs on BD10's get a set and some Greys and Karl at NMS, get it live mapped and it will blow your mind with the difference

Ok, now I know what my next tuning stage is going to be

Do I need a new chip or does the remap get done on the existing stage 3 chip in it? So I need greys of eBay or someone here, plus BD10 cams, a pair I suppose? Then pay for a live map?
