Anyone got one??

I'm about to phone up and bin 3 as my contract is up today and looking at their current phone line up, they haven't got anything that's a better spec than then phone i got 12 months ago

I have a Nokia N73 now, and as much as i hate it, the camera is fantastic. The software that controls it is slow and crashes constantly but the pics it finally takes are brilliant.

Looking at 3's handset line up ( http://threestore.three.co.uk/handse...l&showall=true ) they only have the SE K800i and Nokia N73 with decent cameras, both phones that are a year old at least. So what's going on? Why no new handsets? Bird at 3 says the N95 is coming out very soon but to be honest i wouldn't so much as wipe my arse on another N series/Symbian phone. Also on the way are two new Ericsson's - the w660 walkman phone, with 2.0mp camera, and the w880i with 2mp camera again, and tiny tiny buttons

The only phone that looks to fit the bill is the Samsung U600

Are these any good, i don't know anyone who's got one. My mate has had samsung's as his lat 3 phones and swears by them, but i've never had one.


any opinions on the U600 or suggestions as to alternative handsets welcome

 

Ive just got a nokia 6288 with 3, great phone my last one was a samsung D600 and yeah it was good and built like a tank

 

their line up at the moment is bloody awfull

 

Needs to have a 3.2mp camera minimum, just phoned 3 to get my PAC code and it took me 20 minutes to explain to the call centre chimp that upgrading to a phone with a worse camera than i already have is not an upgrade at all

Then she went and offered me an ericsson z610i...WTF 2.0mp camera!!

their phone line up reminds me of those weird kids at school who were a bit spazzy and wore thick NHS glasses. It's as if the phone manufacturers stick a 3g sticker on any old shite and thrown it their way.

She also offered me an LG shine... whoa whoa whoa at what point did i mention i wanted a gayboy phone

 

Must admit they havent got anything fancy have they, hopefully when i upgrade next they will

 

i got my N73 this time last year, and it is still their top phone Don't hold your breath mate

Plus be careful, look at the list of handsets and anything with an "r" after it, it means it's a refurb!!! not only do they now sell shite handsets, they're second hand!

 

I took that phone back you've got after 3 days, awful thing.

Go to o2 or orange, they offer some good phones.
